The Cherry Creek project encompassed a range of premium exterior hardscape and cladding materials designed to complement the district’s refined urban character. At NorthCreek, the scope included Colorado Rose strip stone and dimensional cladding, multiple granite cladding systems including Fuding Black, Carnelian Red, and Mesabi Black granite, along with a three-coat stucco application featuring a medium sand finish. The adjacent Fillmore Street improvements incorporated Endicott Iron Spot brick pavers at pedestrian areas, Colorado Buff strip stone, and sandstone caps to create a cohesive and durable streetscape. Together, these carefully selected materials deliver a timeless aesthetic while balancing durability, craftsmanship, and the architectural character of Cherry Creek.
