THE ASK


Haselden Construction needed our expertise for the quarrying and installation of Mountain Ash Granite stone on the exteriors, Continental Cast Stone at unit hearths, concrete flatwork, and concrete patching and leveling for a condominium project in Snowmass, CO.


THE DETAILS


Over 650 tons of material were quarried in the high mountains of Idaho, and delivered to the jobsite to be installed over a period of 15 months with up to 20 employees onsite. Our skilled masons crafted the rubble material into a beautiful linear pattern. We also provided all trades scaffolding on an 8-story building with access constraints of ski trails, fire lanes, and bus lanes that remained open during construction. 

The concrete scope entailed patching and remedial work on the existing lower levels of the 2 buildings that had been sitting for a decade when the original developer stopped the project.  New concrete slab was also provided on metal deck concrete for the third through 8th floors.
