This private residential project features highly refined granite cladding and paving systems executed with exceptional precision and material control. Jet Mist granite quarried in Virginia was selected for the exterior cladding, with careful attention given to color consistency, veining direction, and finish across elevations. The stone was custom processed with a burnished surface and hand-flamed, brushed detailing to achieve a uniform, subdued texture.

The scope also includes extensive exterior stone paving, incorporating large-format granite pavers for patios and a herringbone-patterned granite driveway. Through detailed coordination, mockups, and sequencing, the masonry work reinforces architectural continuity across the residence while delivering durability, craftsmanship, and a cohesive material expression throughout the site.
